Our Job Guarantee states that Women Sales, LLC will refund tuition to eligible students who are not offered a remote sales role within six months (180 days) of starting the program.
To be eligible for a refund, students must:
1. Complete all coursework and have their sales scripts, roleplay recordings, portfolio, and resume approved by a Women Sales Institute coach before starting their job search.
2. For a period of 3 consecutive months (90 days) following program completion, students must:
a. Attend at least two group coaching sessions per month
b. Apply to at least 30 remote sales roles per week using the Women Sales Institute job search system
c. Provide documented proof of all job search activity (e.g. outreach logs, email screenshots, CRM tracking sheets)
3. Not receive a job offer for a remote sales role paying at least $5,000/month USD in base, commission, or a combination. If the student is offered or earns $5,000/month USD or more, they do not qualify for the refund.
While we cannot legally guarantee employment, we are confident that committed students who follow the system will land a role.
To apply for a refund, students must email info@womensales.com within 6 months of starting the program. Students must provide proof that all conditions above were met in full. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Women Sales, LLC.
